KYIV. Chairmen of Synodal Departments for Charity and “Mission Church and Medicine” Met with Secretary of Medical University Ethics Commission

On March 11, at the Synodal Department of Charity and Social Ministry the meeting of its chairman archdeacon Serhiy Kosovskyy and the chairman of the Synodal Department   "Mission Church and Medicine" archpriest Gennady Batenko was held with the secretary of the Commission on Ethics to the National Bohomolets Medical  University  A.Yehorenkov.  

In the course of the meeting the questions of cooperation of the Synodal Departments of the UOC and the National Medical University in the field of spiritual-ethical and education work, and the issues of conducting the joint actions dedicated to the homage of the Holy Hierarch Luke (Voyno-Yasenetskyy), whose 50^th anniversary of the blessed repose will be celebrated in April 2011.
