On this festive day of yours I heartily congratulate You on the 95^th birthday anniversary and the 75^th anniversary of the public political and scientific activity!   

The Ukrainian community, the scientific and public circles know You as a sincere patriot of our Motherland, a prominent historian and a man who fervently protects and restores the shrines of Ukraine, accumulates and revives the customs and traditions of the Ukrainian nation.

You are also known for Your fruitful activity on multiplying and preserving the Ukrainian cultural historical heritage and Your ability to share your developments and skills in this domain to the younger generation of Ukrainians.  We fully share with You your convictions as for the importance of preserving of the written and historical architectural records of the people, its spiritual and cultural heritage, since it is the spiritual-historical memory that generously feeds the tree of its ethnos.  Being aware of that, the Holy Ukrainian Orthodox Church  in due time has produced facsimile reediting of the Peresopnytsia Gospels, which is an important spiritual cultural record of the Ukrainian nation, touching which man regains his historical memory, returns to its native peculiar spiritual religious space.    

the domains of history and the ecology of culture are very important branches of science, which require further on their selfless workers, aristocrats of spirit, able to provide that basis of directionality, capable to unite people into one cultural national community.   I wish You strong health, constant spiritual joy and further creative inspiration in Your works for the benefit of the Church and Motherland and abundant blessings from God.
