KYIV. His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr greeted people’s artist of Ukraine Yan Tabachnik on his anniversary

On July 29, the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church at the working study of his metropolitan's residence at the Kyiv Caves Monastery met with people's artist of Ukraine Yan Tabachnyk.

The Archpastor greeted the guest on the 65th birthday anniversary that he will celebrate in two days, and wished long years of life and inspiration in his work. Besides, His Beatitude conferred on Yan Petrovich the order of the Holy Great Martyr George the Trophy-Bearer and offered him a crystal statuette of an angel.

In his word-response Yan Tabachnik thanked Metropolitan Volodymyr for the award and noted that for him personally His Beatitude is the biggest authority and his life is an example for the people of all over the world.
