Accept my hearty greetings on the occasion of conferment on You of the high state
distinction - the Order of Prince Yaroslav
the Wise, 5th degree. This distinction is the best proof that You undertake
much effort for the benefit of our state Ukraine, for the sake of peace and
good of its people. To that testifies the fact that You, while being the people's
deputy of the Ukrainian SSR, participated in the historical session of the
Verkhovna Rada, on August 24, 1991, having voted for independence and sovereignty
of the Ukrainian state.
May All-mighty God grant You many years of life, so that in future You would
continue Your work for the sake of peace of the Church of Christ and welfare of
the Ukrainian nation.
