Secretariat of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc faction suggested the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy to take into account suggestions of believers concerning identification numbers

On May 21 the Secretariat of the deputies' faction of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine sent the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church metropolitan of Kyiv and All Ukraine Volodymyr the letter (outgoing No. 04-2/11-50) which informed that the Secretariat received many applications concerning the infringement of rights of the faithful of the UOC (as the latter believe) by the provisions of the draft of the Tax Codex, submitted to the attention of the Verkhovna Rada by the people's deputies of Ukraine Katerynchuk M.D. and Lyapina K.M.

The Secretariat of the deputies' faction of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc acknowledge that the draft of the Tax Code really does not take into account some articles of the actual law of Ukraine "On the State Register of the physical persons - taxpayers and payers of some other obligatory payments", stipulating for preservation of the previously accepted forms of registration of the taxpayers for the persons who refuse accepting their identification numbers and officially inform the respective state organs of that. Besides, the notation is made in the passports of the persons mentioned affirming their right to make any payments without identification number. The Secretariat of the deputies' faction of the Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc suggested the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Taxation and Customs Policy to consider the viewpoint of the believers and possibly take them into account.
